We visited the store knowing that quality's cori e were exceptional. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. We completed our order and received our goods in the expected time frame given. Our delivery process was amazing with even a map provided for us to clearly see when it would arrive and how many were in front of us. It came so quickly on the day that it surprised us.

Good quality furniture for a great price
Amart have a great range of quality furniture for a good price. Staff were very helpful and delivery service was great. We've furnished our new home nearly completely with Amart furniture.

Bedside table
Bree was fantastic from start to end. She assisted with knowledge and made it a smooth process. Product I wanted wasn't on the floor as a display. As I was unsure if I'd like the colour, I was able to pay a deposit (fully refundable if I didn't want to go ahead with the purchase when I saw the final product).
The boys at pickup point were helpful! Showed me colour of the product and patiently assisted while I made final payment and delivered product to my car.

One Stop Shop
We had a fantastic experience at Amart we were just able to walk around the store, ask the friendly staff any questions, choose what we wanted and spend time working out what we wanted to get; ordering and paying for our furniture was easy and organisation of delivery was quick and easy and there was great communication from the store at every stage of our order.

My wife and I were treated like garbage…
My wife and I were treated like garbage by your worker and we are happy for a sit down with you and the worker before we go any further to see his response and if he speaks the same and what do we do with the sofa it is no good to us something can be sorted out but the way we were spoken to is disgraceful and very unprofessional I hope some one cares enough to ring me 0404353869

Expectations well and truly exceeded!
My experience was excellent! The stock was in the store when I ordered so I didn't have to wait, I was contacted the next business day to arrange delivery by a wonderful consultant and the delivery drivers were absolutely amazing they were so quick delivering the product even when they had to go up 3 flights of stairs as our apartment has no lift access! Very impressed! Will definitely purchase from you guys again if the opportunity arises 😃

We bought a mattress over the phone. Staff was efficient & friendly. Product was delivered in a couple of days. Real time tracking on delivery was great, allowing me to come down from 3rd floor unit to greet driver. Excellent overall😁

A wonderful customer service…
A wonderful customer service experience. I ordered living area furniture for a unit i just bought my son and as I now reside in Country Victoria, doing things over the internet and phone without seeing the actual product was a little odd. Brie from customer service did everything for me - helped select furniture, send me photos, ideas of how to use them in a small space and also arranged delivery for a specific date in a months time. I would definitely shop at Amart again for the customer service experience. Well done, Brie!

Found exactly what I needed
Found exactly what I needed for my balcony. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. They called me and got my order exact and followed up with me when the stock came in store. The price was extremely reasonable.

Absolutely outstanding customer service
I've been waiting for this Covid lockdown to finish so I could go to Amart physically and look at the products I wanted to buy, but it seems to never end so I decided to call up and get some assistance over the phone from the Caringbah Amart centre (after looking at the website for a good couple of days). I did not expect to get the level of service or assistance that I received! I was never felt like I was being a nuisance she kept reassuring me that it was ok to be picky and needing all kinds of different information. She was so understanding, it made the whole process so smooth and if I was her boss I would give her a promotion. I don't think I've ever get that much assistance before. Was on the phone for a good 40 mins (overall). Thanks to her I got my whole bedroom and lounge room sorted during this covid lockdown! Highly recommend this centre and company as a whole! Thanks
